ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a part-time law student for Mycronic. The position is suitable for you who want to enter the workforce during your studies and gain valuable experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will work within the Legal & Compliance function at Mycronic, handling various types of contracts and corporate formalities for our companies within the group.

You will be responsible for the internal archiving function for contracts, where you will review and archive incoming contracts. You will also assist other functions within the organization in identifying and providing requested contracts. The tasks involve an understanding of the types of contracts available and insight into how business law operates in an international company.

During the year, a new contract database will be implemented, and you will assist with the implementation by transferring contracts from the old system to the new one, establishing routines, and assisting other functions within Mycronic in using the new system.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying law, has completed at least three semesters, and has at least 1.5 years left of your studies
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work

As a person, you are organized and meticulous with a keen eye for detail. You are engaged and solution-oriented, driving tasks forward both in teams and individually. The work places high demands on your self-leadership, as you will largely plan and drive your own work.

Additional Information

• Start: Immediately upon agreement
• Scope: Part-time, about 4 hours a week or 8 hours every other week during flexible office hours
• Assignment: Initially one year with a very good chance of extension as long as all parties are satisfied
• Location: Täby
